Amy Neumann, LICSW

Elissa Noonan, LMHC

Amy's experience in the mental health and human service field spans over 20 years.  She has successfully worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages and in varied settings, including hospitals, schools, mental health agencies, mental health clinics and private practice.  Amy draws from many treatment modalities and is passionate about providing therapy to the Western Massachusetts community.
 
 Amy graduated from Boston University with her Masters in Social Work and also holds a Masters in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a minor in Psychology . She is also a certified Massachusetts Problem Gambling Specialist.

Elissa believes that everyone has their own definition of success and wants to help you strive to reach your goals. She works to be an empathic listener and to ensure that you are the driver on your path towards identifying areas to work on, obtaining your individual goals, while striving, working and pushing yourself to be the best version of yourself that you can be. 

 

Elissa enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has experience working with relationship challenges, addiction, behavioral issues, forensics, PTSD, trauma and abuse, anxiety, and depression. She looks forward to speaking with you about your healing and growth.

 Joanne's is 413Therapy Group's part-time Office Manager.  Her exemplary administrative skills will enable us to return your phone calls faster and assist us in managing our growing practice so that we can continue to provide quality, efficient an effective services to the Greater Springfield and East Longmeadow areas of Western Massachusetts.

Kayleigh Murdock

413Therapy Group, Inc. Administrative Assistant

Kayleigh is our 413Therapy Group part-time Administrative Assistant.  She manages all of the scheduling and helping us to follow up with insurance companies.  She will be responding to initial emails and phone calls to ensure that we are able to get back to every person who reaches out to 413Therapy Group, Inc.  She typically responds within 24-48  business hours.

Lijah Joyce

Lijah has joined 413Therapy Group as our second part-time Administrative Assistant.  She will be assisting Kayleigh with scheduling and will be returning most of the phone calls we receive and assist you in setting up a first intake appointment.  She typically responds within 24-48 business hours.

Laura Jansen, LICSW

Laura comes to us with a wealth of experience in the Western Massachusetts area.  She has experience working with a diverse population that includes specialized experience with youth and families, substance use, domestic violence and women.  Laura has a passion for serving her community and providing trauma-informed and evidenced-based practices to her clients.

Jennifer Molina, LMHC, LADC

Jenn comes to 413Therapy with over 10 years of experience in the human service field.  She is both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug  Counselor.  She works deeply within trauma-informed and holistic (whole person) approaches while incorporating evidenced-based modalities such as CBT and DBT.  She has experience with individuals (children, adolescents and adults) as well as families and couples.  Jenn has broad-range experience in working multiple challenges that people experience including major mental illness and drug and alcohol-related struggles, and specializes in relationship issues, trauma, anxiety and depression.

Kiki Kakoulidis, LMHC

East Longmeadow Office

Kiki comes to us from the Boston area where she has been a therapist 25 years.  Kiki has vast experience in many domains of mental health though she specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma.  She also provides couples therapy and works with the LGBTQ community.  Kiki believes in unconditional positive regard and draws heavily from a Rogerian approach, while incorporating other modalities tailored to each individual.  Kiki is also bilingual in Greek.

Amanda Hichborn, LMHC

Amanda is a welcome addition to the 413Therapy Group team.  She has previous experience with adults children and families in both in-home and clinical settings.  She has done both individual and group work and is looking forward to providing individual therapy in our Springfield office.

Scott Torquato, LICSW

Scott began his career over 20 years ago in New York and later in New Jersey and Connecticut.  Now Western Massachusetts is lucky to have him.  While Scott can treat a range of issues, including anxiety and depression, he also has expertise with substance use/abuse, family, relationship/marriage issues, and personality disorders.  Scott sat on numerous boards such as Horses for Hope, Foundations for Families, and on several professional mediation associations.  

Tanesha Gordon, LICSW

Tanesha has years of experience working with children, families and adults in both state and non-profit agencies.  In addition to treating anxiety and depression for adults, young adults and children, she also has has experience with trauma, major mental illness, parenting issues, young adults, and the LGBTQ community.   

Anne Cashman, LMHC

Anne will be joining 413Therapy Group, Inc. as our first telehealth (online/video/phone) only therapist.  Anne draws from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and incorporates mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing into her work.  While she can treat many diagnoses, including anxiety and depression, she also has experience with individuals who have been dually diagnosed (substance use in conjunction with mental health condition).

Kayla Celani, LICSW, LADC

Kayla is a Boston area therapist, dually licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults.  She has a decade of experiencing working with substance use disorders and with those who are dually diagnosed (substance use with depression, anxiety or trauma for example).  Kayla provides client-centered care, using an eclectic approach informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Denise Garabedian, M.A., LADC 1, MAC

Denise is a Boston area therapist with years of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor.  In addition to being a skilled substance use, addictions and dual-diagnosis provider, she also has experience working with children, adults and families who are experiencing stress and/or anxiety to support their emotional, behavioral and mental well-being.  She draws from many approaches that include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).  

Gary Blanchard, LADC 1

Gary has over 20 years of counseling experience in Maryland and Massachusetts.  While his specialty is substance use and gambling disorders, he is also skilled and experienced in treating a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, family, relationship and marriage issues and gaming disorders.  

 

Gary is the past President of the Massachusetts Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors and was named the Counselor of the Year by MAADAC in 2014.  He is the author of several books on substance use disorders and has presented at regional and national conferences.  

Kristine DiMiero, LICSW

Kristine began her career working in an in-home setting with Early Intervention for 5 years.  She is skilled in working with children and adults and enjoys working with families.  Kristine is local to the Greater Springfield Area and is a welcome addition to our 413Therapy Team.

Chassity Crowell-Miller, LICSW

Chassity comes to 413Therapy with extensive experience in outpatient clinical services.  She works with children, teenagers, families and adults.  Chassity has a experience in treating a wide range of treatment issues, goals and challenges.  Additionally, she is working on becoming a PTSD certified specialist, and has an advanced certification in trauma informed care.
