How do I know if a client has intake paperwork?

What will happen if the client does not submit their paperwork on time?

If you notice your client has not submitted their paperwork, it is your responsibility to cancel the appointment. If this is the case, you must tell Kayleigh so she can either reschedule them or remove them from the system.

What to do if they no show?

If your intake no shows and they have completed their paperwork, please reach out to them either by phone call, text, or email. They may be struggling with the client portal and it will require  Please make sure they have given their consent to be contacted via phone or email first.

If the checkbox is clicked, it means we do not have their consent.
