Brian Gwozdz, LADC 1
Brian has been an independently licensed clinician since 2004 and has worked in a variety of clinical settings for over 25 years, bringing a wealth of experience to the 413 Therapy Group. He was a founding clinical team member of the Partial Hospitalization Program at Noble Hospital (now Baystate Noble Hospital) in Westfield, and is a longtime practitioner of mindfulness and meditation. He has journeyed to Southeast Asia on many occasions to deepen his practice, and has participated in lengthy silent Vipassana meditation retreats. As a person in long-term recovery himself, Brian is well acquainted with the challenges associated with achieving and maintaining recovery on a daily basis. To this end, he embraces a holistic approach to his clinical work and appreciates the many diverse paths to recovery from addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma and other disorders.
