My name is Sean Bourgeoise and I am from Chicopee, MA. I received my M.A. in

Psychology from American International College.

For over 6 years, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I specialize in treating

substance use, co-occurring disorders, and other forms of addiction.

My style of counseling is client-centered, focusing on the core conditions of

genuineness, empathy, and acceptance. You are the expert of your life and we will work

together to create positive changes and enhance your overall well-being. I use a holistic

approach that incorporates mindfulness along with best practices for nutrition, physical

activity, and sleep.
