Emily Shuster, LCSW

Emily earned her Bachelor's degree from Hampshire College in Amherst and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago. With over ten years of experience in the human services field, she has worked extensively with both adults and children. Emily has received specialized training in LGBTQ+ TGNC affirmative practice, race and gender issues, transformative mental health, and somatic practices. She is particularly interested in collaborating with healthcare providers, educators, parents, artists, and creatives. In addition to addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, she assists individuals dealing with anxiety, parenting concerns, and mild depression. While her primary focus is on adult clients, she is open to working with children when it is clinically appropriate.
