Anette, LMHC works with adults ages 18 and older who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. She has experience supporting individuals navigating complex life circumstances, including housing instability and other significant stressors.


Anette takes a flexible and individualized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to tailor treatment in a way that feels meaningful and effective for them.


Known for her warm and empathetic presence, Anette places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. Through this work, she supports clients in building practical coping skills, gaining insight, and moving toward lasting and meaningful change.
