Susan is an empathetic and dedicated therapist who works with adults navigating mental health and substance use concerns. She has experience supporting clients with a range of challenges, including anxiety, PTSD, grief, addiction, and relationship challenges.


Susan integrates several evidence-based approaches into her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) motivational interviewing, crisis management strategies and many more. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, partnering with clients to help them build insight, develop coping skills, and work toward their personal goals.


Susan earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and has experience providing individual, group, couple and family-based support. She is also fluent in French.
