Before your appointment
Welcome to 413Therapy Group! We are happy you are here. Before your session: Please make sure you have created an account on our client portal. Through your portal, you can review and sign any required paperwork and access the link to join your session at the scheduled time: https://413therapy.mytheranest.com/account/signup Technology check: Make sure your device has a working camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. Environment: Find a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Insurance Coverage: Double check your insurance coverage for your co-pay/deductible responsibility. If you have Health New England, you may only book with therapists who have the following credentials: LICSW, LMCH and LADC1. We do not accept MassHealth Standard or Cigna/Evernorth. With insurance, the cost can be as low as $0.00 for some, depending on your co-pay or deductible. We have a sliding scale available as well. The maximum out-of-pocket cost for an intake session is $150. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If an unforeseen circumstance arises and you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, please email info@413therapygroup.com and we will do our best to accommodate you in rescheduling.
