Service Description
Meet with our Intake Therapist to begin your therapy journey. In this first appointment, we’ll gather information about your needs, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure a smooth start. Afterward, we’ll match you with a therapist who aligns with your goals and availability so you can begin ongoing sessions as soon as possible.
Before your appointment
Welcome to 413Therapy Group! We are happy you are here. This appointment will be with a licensed therapist, but it may not be the therapist you are paired with for ongong appointments. This appointment is for people who aren't sure which therapist would be the best fit, who want to speak with someone right away, and/or for people who would like some guidance in filling out the paperwork and using our portal. Before your session: Please make sure you have created an account on our client portal. Through your portal, you can review and sign any required paperwork and access the link to join your session at the scheduled time: https://413therapy.mytheranest.com/account/signup Technology check: Make sure your device has a working camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. Environment: Find a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Insurance Coverage: Double check your insurance coverage for your co-pay/deductible responsibility. With insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs vary by individual plan. The most anyone would ever be charged for an intake session is $150.00 out-of-pocket. We also have a sliding scale for people who will not be using insurance and cannot afford the full session amount. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance., whenever possible. If an unforeseen circumstance arises and you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, please email info@413therapygroup.com and intaketherapist@413therapygroup.com and we will do our best to accommodate you in rescheduling.
