Amy's experience in the mental health and human service field spans over 25 years. She has a genuine passion for her profession which comes through in her work with her clients. She draws heavily from CBT and specializes in helping adults manage anxiety and depression. In addition to working with adults, Amy enjoys working with couples, professionals and teens/young adults.
