Emily Shuster, LCSW

Therapist

Emily works with individuals who may be experiencing mood or anxiety challenges, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck when trying to process life events. She also supports clients who are exploring identity, including gender and sexuality, or navigating deeper existential questions about meaning and direction in their lives.

Emily takes a thoughtful and collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients explore how past experiences and relationships continue to shape the present. Together, you will work toward developing new perspectives, coping strategies, and patterns that align with your goals. She also incorporates somatic practices to help clients better understand how stress and emotions are held in the body.

Emily has a particular interest in working with care workers and artists, and brings an understanding of the unique demands and pressures these roles can carry. She tailors her approach to support both personal well-being and professional growth
